Reimbursement Requests (RRs)
- Don’t leave money on the table! If you still have unexpired incoming carryover, be sure to draw down before it’s too late.
Completion Reports (CRs):
- CRs are due to Grants Management in approvable form by the end of the 90-day liquidation period following the project end date.
- CRs for awards ending 06/30/2026 will be due by 09/28/2026.
- CRs for awards ending 09/30/2026 will be due by 12/29/2026.
- CRs submitted after the 90-day liquidation period following the project end date are at risk of not receiving final payment for expenditures obligated during the project period.
- Some funding applications have a limit to how much (if any) carryover is allowed. Please check with your program area to see if carryover is allowed before submitting the CR.
- Outstanding CRs may result in holds on open projects and delays in processing your Reimbursement Requests. If you have any outstanding CRs, please submit them as soon as possible. Please allow appropriate processing time if your LEA is required to submit your CR to your county’s office or an ADE Program Area office before it can be reviewed by Grants Management.
FY26 Funding Application Revisions:
- Revisions must be Director Approved prior to the end of each project or they will be cancelled.
- LEAs must submit their final revisions to Program Areas early to allow sufficient time for review and approval.
- A CR cannot be started if a revision or reimbursement request is in process.

- Please contact your program area if you have any questions regarding an FY27 funding application.
Fiscal Monthly Reports (FMR) and Support:
- FMRs are available monthly by the 15th in your LEA Document Library. Please view these reports each month to see how your LEA is doing with drawing down remaining available grant funding.
- If you would like to request 1:1 assistance and support with submitting RRs, CRs or other processing needs, please contact your assigned GC at 602-542-3901, option 2.
FY27 Risk Assessment
- Your organization's FY27 Comprehensive Risk Assessment has been completed, and the report is now available in your FY27 LEA Document Library under Risk Assessment Report.
- For assistance locating your LEA Document Library, along with the full announcement memo, click HERE.
- We ask that your key stakeholders review the data that is available in this report and have regular conversations with your team about the results and ways to lower your organization's risk. After you've reviewed your data, if you have any questions, please reach out with those questions via help desk. Your risk level has been updated in GME for FY27 to reflect the most recent score.
FY25 Single Audit Reporting Package (SARP): Now Overdue
- If your organization has expended $750,000 or more in all federal funds combined during FY25, the Single Audit Reporting Package was due to ADE with 30 days of receipt from the CPA firm or nine months after your organization’s fiscal year end, whichever came first. For organizations with a fiscal year end date of 6/30/2025, the FY25 SARPs were due to ADE by 3/31/2026.
- Organizations with outstanding SARPs have been placed on fiscal hold until the SARP (and associated Corrective Action Plan, if applicable) is uploaded in GME.
